Back side of the card:

Castle Stalker is a picturesque, historical castle located on a small islet in Loch Laich, an inlet of Loch Linnhe, off the west coast of Scotland. The castle dates back to the 14th century and was originally built by the MacDougalls, the Lords of Lorn.

An epitome of Scottish medieval architecture, the castle gained additional popularity after its appearance in "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" (1975), where it was used as "Castle Aaargh.

Because of its location on the island, the castle is the subject of numerous photographs (and postcards like this one) showing its reflection in the water.

A very nice stamp is used for the postcard, showing the sunset on Mecklenburg Lakeland, with the sun reflected on the surface of one of its thousand lakes.
