Back side of the card:

The card identifies the scene as Albertine, referring to the Albertine Complex, a key part of Mont des Arts (Kunstberg, literally 'Mountain of Arts') in central Brussels. At the heart of this complex is the equestrian statue of King Albert I, surrounded by the Albertine Gardens. The scene includes the buildings of the Royal Library of Belgium, also named after this king. Judging by the cars, this picture was taken in the late 1950s to early 1960s.
