This is a promo card issued by the Rotterdam office of Bever (Beaver), a well-known retail chain in the Netherlands specializing in outdoor and adventure gear. The card shows a few stylized iconic Rotterdam landmarks, such as Euromast tower, the Erasmus Bridge known as the Swan, and the recently constructed Markthal (Market Hall) designed by architectural firm MVRDV.

The small boat is labeled 'Roffa', a colloquial local nickname for Rotterdam.
