This is a rather large card (13x18 cm); it was likely made from a folded card, as the back side still have the traces of embossment. I didn't manage to find the artist, this type of images are usually presented as New Surrealism. The correspondent explicitly described as a 'mirror art' referring to the 'mirror skin' of the woman that both reflects the outer world but also allows to see her inner dreams.
