Konstanz is a city located on the shores of Lake Constance (Bodensee in German) in the southern part of Germany, near the border with Switzerland. It's the largest city on the lake. Apparently, this construction is both Molenhaus (pier house or jetty house) and Leuchtturm (lighthouse).
